Week Thoughts: Earnings Cool, Stocks Rise

It was another positive week for midstream stocks, and another where midstream stocks beat the broader equity market. But in a risk-off week where interest rates broke below 4%, utilities were the big winners. With geopolitical risk turning into geopolitical reality over the weekend, we may get more risk-off behavior and more volatility in oil prices in the coming week.
